Character Creation

No Dots above 3( will allow a single trait to be 4 dots), besides merits that come as 4 or 5 dots, this makes well rounded beginning characters

We allow 2 points of morality to be dropped for 5 xp extra each( a minor derangement is required if you drop 2 points)

without rescources you can still get starting equipment, allowing 1 purchase of 2 dots and 1 purchases of a 1 dot item, but you will be considered to be in debt because of it ( so 1 dot in the merit is advised)

favor merits ( allies, contacts, status) and Item merits ( artifact, momento) are available at creation only after which they msut bea earned ( details in the rule posting
